It is hereby informed to all the Investors of the Disc Assets Lead India Limited and its sister concerns, that the Hon’ble Special Division Bench, High Court Madras in W.P. No. 8084 of 2017 & W.P. No. 18371 of 2017 today (27.10.2025), passed an order directing the Administrator Committee to handover all available records and accounts to the TNPID Court, Madurai.
Mr. Rajamurali, DSP – EOW – II, Madurai was directed to collect all the available original documents and other records from the Administrator Committee office and to handover the said records to TNPID Court, Madurai.
In view of the above High Court order, the Investors need not upload their bank details on the website of the Administrator Committee. As and when the High Court order is uploaded in the official website of the High Court, the Administrator Committee shall transmit the said Order on the Website.
